Received my first demonstration today. I bought a ham for Xmas eve dinner and when checking out I noticed that the total was wrong. I started to say "Sir, you didn't charge me enough" when he said "Shhh, you're a friend of _______(one of his employees; he's the mgr. so he can make the call). Merry Christmas". He gave me $10 off. That's quite a good discount.
