If I could relive my youth all over again, I would keep these two things in mind:

1. People should say what they mean and mean what they say, and

2. People vote with their feet.

If a simple question doesn't generate a simple answer, the real answer is probably not what you want to hear. You put the offer out there. He can do these things:
