I hope your surgery goes well and that you recover quickly. Lots of prayers and positive thoughts are being sent your way.

My Dad has had detatched retinas in both eyes so he had surgery in both eyes about 10 years apart from each other. His second surgery was done differently because the technology was better and he healed up more quickly too. I hope that your surgery is a major success. I have to have my eyes checked every 2 years and dilated to check my retinas. I'm actually past due and will hopefully have this done before the end of the year.

Karen I'm really sorry to hear about this and I hope the surgery goes well.

If it makes you feel any better, my mom has the same problem and just recently had surgery which went well.
