Do You Have A Regular Exercise Routine

I walk and jog with the dogs most days, and am building up the jogging part slowly. And i am also going to join the new gym near home when it opens up .

I am amazed at the ammount of people that don't do any regular exercise .

I plead guilty. No reason really, just been lazy. I was hoping to get
some inspiration from PT.

Here at Concordia, we have a gym where I can use the machines any time and on days where it isn't raining or snowing, I can walk down to our pond and walk around it for as long as you want or just sit on a bench and read.
