    Missy, how stressful for you.......I'm praying that your little guy is doing better by tonight....Please keep us posted! I feel so sad for you and your family having to go through this right now.

    Oh my I am so sorry to read about your sick wittle one.. Gosh I would be so scared of the 105.5 temp.. Yes for sure on cold baths & sure hope the antibodies work real fast.. I might still take him to the ER.. Keep us posted..

    That's a pretty darn high temp. If the meds don't break it, I would definitely have him back to the ER. Better to be safe than sorry.

    Isn't Missy's Mom, a nurse?

    I bet Missy knows to call the doctor, for sure. Am I recalling accurately that her Mom is a nurse?

    I know how stressful it is to be with a sick child and feel so darn helpless. Fevers have to be really scary, at best.

    Good luck with this Missy. We are all hoping your little one recovers quickly and that you have great success with the meds for him.

    He just got up from his nap with NO fever but he is very pitiful.
    When his fever was super high I rinsed him down with a lukewarm washcloth.

    I came here looking to see if there was an update, and so glad I checked. I got all teary eyed looking at your pictures....poor little guy. Glad he woke up with no fever! Hurrray! I hope he keeps feeling better and better and is brand new again in no time!

    This morning he feels well enough that he doesn't want to just lay on the couch and stare off into space, but he still doesn't feel good so he is very grouchy His temp is only 101 this morning, which we can certainly work with
