Why do bad illnesses tend to strike on weekends (and usually at night)?
I have always been amazed that after hours of driving on the interstate, with the windows up, all of a sudden you are being buzzed by a fly. Where did it come from. Once it starts buzzing, you can't get it out even with all the windows down.![]()
It's mid-November, it's 45 degrees outside ... and ... there's a fly buzzing around the window across from my desk?! How did it get in?

I've been Boo'd ... right off the stage!
Aaahh, I have been defrosted! Thank you, Bonny and Asiel!
Brrrr, I've been Frosted! Thank you, Asiel and Pomtzu!

And speaking of flies, etc., how come a wasp stung me in November?! I was frying bacon and felt the sting but thought it was a bacon grease burn but I looked at my arm and there the little bugger was; he stung through my sweater and my Tshirt. I'm glad that he got me and not one of the Fur Posse, though, especially Yodie.
Blessings,
Mary

Speaking of flies.....
There are a couple in the house that are driving me crazy, and I can't get rid of them.
Why do flies disappear as soon as you pick up the fly swatter????![]()

Ecclesiastes 3:1The clock of life is wound but once and no man has the power
To know just when the hands will stop - on what day, or what hour.
Now is the only time you have, so live it with a will -
Don't wait until tomorrow - the hands may then be still.

I had a HUGE wasp appear on my dashboard one day. It flew in the back of the car, I opened all 4 windows. it buzzed at the top of one of the OPEN windows, decided to fly back in front and crawl into my air vent. All while I'm driving. Three days later, it's back at the window, which I opened, of course. No luck. And I'm zooming down the turnpike. I finally stopped at a gas station, windows open, no wind, and it flew out. It was so strange (and dangerous)
I've been Boooo'd!
