What is the best dog food out there with out spending an arm and leg(20lb bag of dog food for $30) just an example?

Natural Balance is a good food and not too expensive. You can find it at your local feed store. Not sure about petsmart.

Blue Buffalo is also good and they make a organic one called Blue Wilderness but it has a lot of protein in it.
