    I made it a few years ago and don't think I added anything to it - and it was ickky - glad I gave it another go!
    I cooked the beans for about 5min and I think that helped with the creaminess.

    I might try this recipe as well, tho it technically isn't hummus.

    Staci- I have found that nuking the beans, in the liquid, always make a creamier batch.

    I do want to try the white bean hummus, too. The only thing I dislike about making it is the stupid tahini sauce is SO hard to mix well.

    debbie mentioned her son's recipe with PB -so I checked the internet and sure enough they recommend PB instead of Tahini!
