I think Letterman was wrong in what he did - the affairs(s). But I give him lots of credit for exposing this creep. It takes guts to out yourself in a situation like this.

If these affairs happened after his marriage this year, I would be
concerned about his character. (does anyone know when this happened? )

I love him as a comic. Nobody is better, than Dave with witty comments
on his show.

I have seen nothing to suggest sexual harassment. On the contrary - the woman - who had also dated and lived with the blackmailer is said to be very embarrassed by the whole thing.

It would be interesting to know how many people met their partner at work? Or dated someone with whom they worked?

Now most teens are pinheads in some ways. But here the blame falls primarily on the parents of the girl, who obviously have little control over her or even over Britney Spears. Look at the way she behaves.

And by the way, the mother, Lynne Spears, has reportedly already sold pictures of the upcoming baby of her 16-year-old for a million bucks. Incredible pinhead.
