I wouldn't try to toilet train an older cat, I think it might be a little too much for her, but! If the cat is having sight issues, maybe put the litter box in teh bath tub with news paper under it. This will make it easier to clean up when she misses the litter box.Originally Posted by catmandu

My RB Meezer Ming taught himself to use the toilet. I was in total shock to see him do it the first few times. He would only pee in it tho, since I think he liked the tinkling sound, and that's the only reason he did it. I have a pic of him in action. If I can find it, I'll scan it and post. Soooo cute.
He never learned to flush tho. Dummy!!!
