I understand that it is being ruled a homicide by the coroner. That means he did not die of natural causes. (duh! ). It is not the same as the legal term Homicide. That's what I heard on the radio. It doesn't mean there will be a prosecution but I suspect the family will go after someone..anyone to blame rather than MJ himself.
