It is more the danger below the surface than the waves that closes beaches - a strong rip tide can get a swimmer in trouble very quickly, and you don't necessarily see it coming. I'd love to be on Nantucket to watch the waves, but now isn't the time to head there!

Barkeep, I'm exhausted, but it's a "good exhausted". I think I deserve another Hurricane, and some Hurricane Cake!

    1 9x13 cake

    Ingredients
    1 box chocolate cake mix
    8 ounces cream cheese
    1 lb powdered sugar
    1/2-1 cup butter
    2 cups coconut
    1 1/2 cups pecans
1 can chocolate frosting (melt in microwave)
    Directions
1Sprinkle coconut and pecans over dry bottom of 9x13 pan.
2Mix cake mix (according to package directions) and pour over coconut and pecans.
3Mix creme cheese, sugar, and butter.
4Drop by big blobs on cake batter.
5Swirl blobs into cake gently with a knife.
    6Bake 350 for 35-45 minutes.
7When cake comes out of the oven pour melted frosting over hot cake.

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!
