Oh Moff, what a sad state of affairs. I sure hope and pray that Momma and baby stay safe. I think it's a wonderful idea that you offer your safe haven to the little one. Hopefully you do some socialization and help him/her to florish.
You are not a failure!! You are a very loving, caring purrson - the beautiful soul inside wants to save all of them and you just can't. Even saving the one baby makes you a hero in my eyes.

Just keep in mind you did whatever possible. Don't batter yourself, nature sometimes acts in ways we don't always understand.
You did your very best and that is what counts. So be happy you managed to keep one alive. He surely wouldn't have made it without you.

The little one seems fat and healthy so far. This morning she rolled over when her mommy got up and I saw her cute little tummy. So CUTE!!! She is nine days old now.Originally Posted by karyn674
