Has Animal Control been contacted? Or the police?

I actually sent her an e-mail asking and she hasn't responded yet. This what I sent her, I sent her another one just now saying that she should really contact the Police or Animal Control because if he's doing this to Rex he will do it to another animal most likely.

Again my e-mail is in Blue and her response is in Red.

Why don't we contact the Humane Society and report him.

My mom can't take him in, she has 3 right now and her budget is pretty tight.

I cross-posted everywhere I can think of. Please let me know if you find a home for him and if you need any help with transport.

I got an e-mail this morning from someone who is thinking about taking him...i sure hope they do. I will let you know how this turns out..

He is in a rescue place. The people there are wonderful. He will have the run on their farm till they can place him. He was severly malnutritioned ...and had every worm imaginable. She has already wormed him and last Friday he had a vet appt to get neutered and his shots but she said the vet may wait on the neuter because of his weight. I am just so glad i got to him when i did and for all the people who helped.
