I have been on BP meds for years. I take Diovan. It doesn't matter what I do to bring it down, it seems to be hereditary for me. It is upsetting when you first find out you have to take meds for it. I do understand that. I was told I shouldn't go off of it because I could have a heart attack. Sooo, I just take it and don't worry.
