Completely surrounded him ... all he had was HIS lil circle ... nowhere to go ...

So ... What's my Pay-Off????

No bells rang;
No sirens sounded;
No horns blew;
No dancing girls danced;
No flags waved;

('Cept the darn thing reset with da Kat on the loose again!
