I echo what Tailof2kitties said. That is disgusting and they should've gotten more than community service. Community service is nothing more than a slap on the wrist.

I agree, Donna. It's almost as though they don't care either but have to do something to appease animal rights people and/or the public. These poor animals suffered the worst kind of mental anguish and death. It's deplorable.

There is a special circle in hell for animal/child abusers. That's BS that it got "out of hand". They managed to move houses to run away from the neglect and abuse they were inflicting. There are so many people they could have turned to for help. Cowards. I hope their kid situation doesn't get "out of hand". God knows what would happen then. Sickening.
Community service is barely even a slap on the wrist for this obscene LEVEL of abuse and TORTURE! Nothing could be done to them that is bad enough. They should be made to suffer the same torture they inflicted.

I'm opposed to capital punishment in principle, but in some cases, such as this one, I'd make an exception.
