And now that I have seen the entire speech I am even more convinced. It was disjointed, cryptic - downright unintelligible at times. She looked like the "cat on a hot tin roof" - nervous and unsure. I don't know if she was using a teleprompter - if not - I would recommend one.

The poor Lt. Governor. She did not tell him of her plan until Wednesday evening. And her spokesperson was on holiday in upstate New York or the like!
