My heart goes out to Eileen and her family. Losing your mom is one of the hardest things.

To all of my dear PT friends,
Words cannot begin to express how very much all of your prayers and good thoughts mean to Mike and me during this difficult time.
Mom was in poor health for quite some time. In the past 9 years Mom suffered 2 major strokes, had 2 surgeries to remove 3 brain tumors, ovarian cancer, kidney failure, a fourth brain tumor, a third stroke, and serious internal bleeding. For the past few months Mom was unable to communicate verbally. Today would have been her 88th birthday.
Knowing Mom's condition really hasn't made this any easier. Somehow we expect our parents to live forever. She's with God now, a better place to be.
Sending grateful hugs to each of you!
