This has what to do with anything?
It took Dick 6 years to complete his 4 yr degree.
I have several very intelligent friends who took longer than the officially sanctioned 4 years to complete their degree.
I have even more friends who I'd count as higly educated who have no degree whatsoever.
I'd request that people use proper forms of address for current and present leaders, but we all know where that went the last time..........
