Mercatus Center of George Mason University says it....that is rather like saying...
The NRA thinks guns laws are too restrictive...
or
Planned Parenthood thinks Roe vs Wade should stand...
Not exactly what one would call an unbiased opinion.

Seriously bring a real rebuttal, and you will be taken seriously.

I have no interest in rebutting. I am pointing out the importance of considering the source of information.
For example...recently Rep Bachmann of Minnesota was interviewed and said she finds it interesting that this bout of swine flu occurred with a Democratic president in office just as the outbreak in the 1970's occurred under a Democratic president.
The outbreak in the 1970's occurred in 1976.
Gerald Ford was president.
He was a Republican.
Just because someone says something...even if it appears on the internet...does not make it true.
You have to consider the source. And the Mercatus Center of George Mason University is a source with a definite agenda.
People should know that when reading your post.
Amen.
