New strain of flu in Mexico and parts of the U.S.

Breaking news from a local TV station.... one confirmed case of swine flu in northern Indiana. They said it was a teenage male.

I live in northern Indiana, the northeast corner. Not sure where they are classifying "northern" Indiana.

No one here seems to be panicking, just being cautious. One friend of a friend has gone overboard and says that we should be stocking up on all supplies because we soon won't be getting anything from Mexico! Oh my.... how sad to be that type of person.

Isabelle, please keep us posted on the situation.

On CNN yesterday one of their doctor consultants said fruits and veggies from Mexico should be safe to eat. Just be sure and wash everything first.
