Well, that's one less puppy mill out of business . I hope they gave the man
a fine to pay for the heath issues the dogs had. It is sad, but you hear of
more cases like this all the time.

This poor dog must have been suffering for a long while from living on
wire cage. I'd be "snippy" too.
