yeah, that cop took his job a little too seriously. There was a man who got pulled over in Memphis recently who had his dying mother IN THE CAR with him and was less than a mile from the ER. The man pleaded with the cop to give him the ticket after he got his mom to the hospital. No dice, cop just called ambulance. Driver got a ticket for expired tags and the woman died waiting for the ambulance.

There are so many good cops around, it's a shame to have Dallas' "finest" pull a stunt like that.
