I feel your pain. I'm so sorry. I think it's awful that dental insurance is so hard to come by, unless it's covered by an employer, and even then it stinks. I pay for Delta Dental on my own so at least I have something.

I had my one and only root canal on the top right, 4th tooth back. I opted for pulling but my dentist said it would affect my already shifted bite (mostly due to TMJ). Personally, I think you're too young for a tooth pull. My teeth are shifting despite my age, so, I'm thinking (and what do I know) you're too young.

My dentist allows me to pay off my bill. I made the arrangements with him because of course his check-out receptionist wouldn't let me. He knows my situation (and where I live ) and he thinks the dental health of his patients is important.

I'm sorry this doesn't help much, I guess. Maybe, just maybe, if you take your dentist aside, you can make payment arrangements. You never know. But, seriously, if you have bleeding into your sinuses (I learned the division of sinus and root of tooth is thinner than a stand of hair, hence wrong diagonises) you MUST have treatment because it will lead to more serious problems.

I wish I was a trillionaire so I could help you. I'm so sorry for your pain.
