Richard do you have all your fingers, toes, ect. I am sure that the Ed'ster likes the hat as much as any of my CREW.

A bit of history on the hat.

July 2004. I decided to attend Gini's 2nd annual BBQ in LA. I've never met anyone before so I decided to dress up when I got off the plane. I wore these

along with cat ears and a long cat tail.

July 2005. I was again invited (much to my surprise ) to Gini's 3rd annual BBQ. This time I decided to be a bag lady and that hat is part of the costume. My intention was to get dressed up at the LA airport (hey, I'd blend right in...) before they spotted me. I'm standing at the luggage carousel with the hat in my hand, looking around for a place to dress up. As I looked around I could spot Gini and Richard standing there just looking at me wondering what I was doing.
Well, we hugged then Richard wore that hat outside the airport. No one looked.....I guess that's normal in LA. When I left to go home, I left the hat down there. So the hat originated in Vancouver, BC Canada and made it's way down to Gini's place then on to Edwina's Secretary, then Richard's and I'm sure back around again landing on Richard's doorstep. Even the E's have worn that hat.

I just tried to find another picture of that hat but it would take me forever and I want to pack up work and go home.

I have to laugh at this GILL. The 3rd annual BBQ is when we gave Richard the finger......in his chili that is....but that's another novel in itself.

Thanks Richard for bringing back the memories.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!
