Sylive Brown says they are markers that you set prior to comeing back here to signal you that you are on track with the path that you choose for this life.

Really? Interesting. Because.. I seem to get it often when I am around my boyfriend. and I've had a few while here at Ohio State.
You're the one sure thing I've found so you better stick around...

I get it sometimes. I remember reading about it- what you're currently doing is supposed to go to the part of your brain that stores your short term memories, then to the part that stores the long term memories. Apparently sometime (when deja-vu happens) what you are currently doing skips the part of your brain that stores the short term memories and goes right to the part that stores the long term memories and it gives you the feeling you've been there and done that before.

When I was a teenager and young adult, I had them daily, sometimes several times a day. Now that I'm older, I haven't had one in quite some time, though.
    Blessings,

I had them during all my life. I think it is just a little deviation in your brain. It sends the signal "I have seen this before." although it hasn't. I decided to enjoy them and not to worry about it.

I have them a bit too much, it gets annoying sometimes, and sometimes I SWEAR it happened before!
