Perhaps you just need to work on teaching her that this is not good behavior! When you are working on the computer, if she jumps up, you should immediately say "Down," in a very stren voice. When she does get down, all four feet back on the floor, then you can give her a bit of attention, and a treat perhaps. If you, and whoever else uses the computer, are consistent, she ought to get the hint pretty quickly! And if she waits, while you work at the computer, when you are ready for a break, playtime with her! That way it'll be a reward for both of you - you, because you got your computer work done, and she, 'cause she was so good at waiting!
