1. K'Cee is on my lap. I am typing in an extremely uncomfortable position to avoid disturbing her. Often, I will put off getting up/doing something so I don't disturb her. I refer to this as "purring the cat." (IE "I can't do that right now, K'Cee needs purred.")

2. I hide new bags of catfood from K'Cee. If she spies a new bag, she will quit eating from the old bag. I have tried to buffalo her and it doesn't work; I give in within 1/2 day. (The "old" secretly gets mixed into the new... when she's not looking, of course.)

3. I have fractured my left foot twice, my right wrist once. I think I've fractured my left elbow and wrist but I never told my mom; I was doing something I wasn't supposed to. I have sprained my right wrist and my left ankle. I had (have?) a condition where the muscles in my legs are stronger than the bones and it causes a strain on the bones. None of the fractures or sprains are due to that condition, though.

4. I am a rule follower but my one ticket has been for "disobeying a police officer." (It was night, he was in a dark uniform. I didn't see him.)

5. I'm not scared of the dark. I'm scared of things IN the dark. Namely, skunks.

6. I once let a gopher in the house on accident.

7. I once gave somebody the "up your's!" sign on accident. (You know the one where you have one arm bent in front of you then make/raise a fist with your other?) I was walking with a friend; we were discussing having blood drawn. I was motioning with my hands when a stranger pulled his truck around the corner and we locked eyes.

8. I wanted to name my first dog Koolaide.

9. I hate lipstick, mushrooms, pickles from restuarants, and the word utilize.

10. It drives me NUTS when people use the word "irregardless." Just say "regardless" or "irrespective." (Actually, I don't think "irregardless" is even a word, is it?)

11. I have one tattoo. It's on my toe.

12. I was born in a Catholic hospital, raised Methodist, but now go to a Baptist church.

13. I have hitchhiked, once. My cousin and I were determined to go out of town despite the bad weather and despite our parents' "You're silly for traveling in this weather. Your grown, we can't stop you from going, but don't call us if you wreck!" About 30min from our destination, I hit a patch of black ice. The car spun, landed in a ditch, and flattened a tire. We hitchhiked to a gas station (maybe 15min away) and waited for help. I ended up dating the guy that changed my tire/drug my car out of the ditch. My cousin and I never did call/tell our parents; they found out about it 2yrs later.

14. I have a HUGE sweet tooth!

15. I've rode an Olympic jumper (see possible wrist/elbow fracture in #3) and a calvary horse. (The jumper was SEVERELY barn sour -- someone left the arena gate open. *buck, buck* I bit the dirt and horsey went to his stall.)

16. I'm having a hard time with this set. I'm not that interesting!

I finally got around to doing this...

1.I love being a wife and mother more than anything on earth

2. I'm a Christian, but not an evangelist.

3. There's never been a time in my life when I didn't have at least one pet.

4. I got married at 18 (July, 17, 2000)

5. My wedding date is a family tradition. 4 wedding and 3 birthdays in my family are on July 17.

6. We payed cash for the first house we bought, also at 18

7. I have a phobia of talking on the phone.

8. I managed a really awesome pet boarding facility for just under 6 years. I loved every minute.

9. I also used to do both pet and wildlife rescue. I gave that up when my son was born, but I plan to go back to it when he's a little older.

10. I want more than anything to have another baby.

11. My son has ectopic pupils and his eye doctor believes he may have albinism

12. I love to cook. I'm not too great at it, but I'm not bad at it either.

13. I love photography and wish I had more time (and money) to invest into it.

14. I've wanted chickens nearly my whole life. I was hoping to get some this year, but my husband, my father-in-law, and my dad are planning to build me my dream chicken coop this year so I'm putting off getting chickens until next year.

15. Our UPS delivery man knows way too much about us. He always seems to get into a conversation about our reptiles with my husband.

16. My eyes have been really bothering me lately. I need to go to the eye doctor, but my phobia of phones (see #7) has kept me from making an appointment. My husband will probably end up making an appointment for me.

17. I also have a phobia of doctors, any kind. (Another thing keeping me from making the appointment in #16)

18. I love coffee. I drink decaf most of the time as I don't like the way caffeine makes me feel. I usually have a cup in the morning and another in the afternoon.

21. I've been getting riding lessons from one of the girls who boards her horses here.

22. My son loves horses more than anything and I expect he'll show an interest in riding when he's a little older

Now, if I can just remember what I've already said........sorry if I repeat myself.

1. I am completely unskilled with a camera.
2. I use Estee Lauder perfume. It's so strong, a little bit goes a long way and a bottle lasts forever.
3. I get very upset if small businesses fold. I always want the little guy to succeed.
4. I watch football on Super Bowl Sunday only. No other time during the season.
5. I am a Nascar fan. Unfortunately, I've been slacking in keeping up with it. I need to get back in the loop.
6. I love the sounds and smells of a race track. I used to go to every short track race around here every weekend without fail.
7. I love everything about Ernest Hemingway. I was fortunate to have visited his home in Key West.
8. I am a lover of glass. Especially crystal. I collect it and I have a huge collection.
9. I can't go into a store without buying a quilt magazine even though I already have a thousand of them.
10. My favorite type of auto racing is dirt track. I absolutely love it!!
11. I wish I could grow peonies in Florida. I have never even seen one in person.
12. I once lived in Salt Lake City, Utah. It was breathtakingly beautiful.
13. I think Christmas is very magical. Especially the lights.
14. I've carried the same purse for almost 10 years. Is this bizarre or what?
15. New York City is probably my favorite place to visit.
16. I never go to the Orlando theme parks. Living here most of my life, I've been to Epcot once, Disneyworld once, and, Universal 3 times. I think these places are great but not for me. I also think they're way too expensive.

19. I saw Jimi Hendrix and Janis Joplin in person, as well as dozens of other musicians. I was very lucky to go to many concerts as a younger person.
20. I was invited to a party by the Beach Boys. I didn't go because my mother would have killed me.
21. My first car was a 69 Camaro. I wish I still had it.
22. I've been married twice but single now. I plan to stay single.
23. My Grandmother is the person I miss most that's passed. She was my best friend and always there for me.
24. My Mom is 82 and she runs circles around me when she wants to. She runs circles around all of us.

1. I love all living things including spiders, snakes and other creepy crawlies. I'm not afraid to pick up spiders and carry them outside.
2. I hate liver and onions.
3. I can't watch nature shows. Even though it's the "nature of the beast" I can't stand watching animals getting killed for food.
4. I absolutely hate guns and hunting.
5. I've never broken any bones
6. I love Christmas and what it stands for. I'm the first person in my building to put up lights and the last to take them down.
7. I hate clutter. I'm very tidy, but certainly not a neat freak.
8. Although I love surprises, I'm also a big planner. For any event, I simply must have a written plan and follow through.
9. I play the piano by ear. I did take piano lessons when I was a child but had a hard time reading the music. I still can't read musical notes.
10. I love music (soft rock) and I play music all the time in or out of the car. In the car I love to sing along...with the windows closed, that is.
11. Someday I would love to own a small dog....maybe when I retire.
12. I'm not a big reader. My eyes are very weak.
13. I have very strong teeth. It runs in my family. My 84 yr old Mom still has all of her teeth.

24. When I was young I wanted to be an Airline Stewardess (that's what they were called in the 70s). In my teens, I wanted to be a Vet but somehow I ended up in the IT world.
25. When I was a child, I asked my Dad if we could move to a ranch with horses, cows, chickens and other animals. I never got my wish.
26. I have a collection of stuffed animals.
27. I've only had one serious relationship. It lasted 13 years and ended in 1987 when I caught him sleeping with my x-friend.
28. In the early 80s, I did volunteer work at my local zoo and helped to force feed a snake that was ill. The snake lived.
29. In 2001 I went on a cattle drive. Six days on horseback..... Can you say Ouch???
