    BIMBO is a popular bakery brand in some of the grocery stores in Chicago's Hispanic neighborhoods. The first time I saw one of their trucks, I thought it was some kind of joke I think it's similar to Wonder Bread or Hostess, though -- at least that's how it appears around here.
