    I sure will!! I hope that our broadcast system will show it! Or maybe on CNN??
    The swearing will be at 12 am?? OMG that is so early here (5am)

    not watching - I have a meeting at church - but recording for watching later on.

    But I don't remember all of this festivizing - an all-day music festival, speech-making - for the few days before the inauguration of previous Presidents. It seems to me too much celebration for the current state of the nation (at war, crummy economy). It should be more low-key.

    Now I will be at work from 8:00am to 5:00pm .. So my question is when to set the recorder.. aLL Day or from Noon on??

    There will be stuff going on all day long, but it you record from Noon on
    you shouldn't miss the swearing in ceremony.

    That depends on what time zone you live it! If I set mine for noon I will miss it! (Except rerun a zillion times I am sure...)

    I won't be watching, and it's not out of any animosity for the incoming President. I have never watched any inauguration. Frankly, they are hugely expensive events which should be pared down quite a bit, without all the needless ceremony.
