Skya is home. It was not fun driving to get her...its a nasty snowstorm out there. It took us an hour and a half to drive what would normally take a half hour. She's doing okay, she's really drugged up and out of it, more than I remember Keva being. She's thrown up once and I can tell she really doesn't feel well. Keva has been following her around and laying by her.

Sorry to hear it had to be a snowstorm when you went to pick her up
I hope she's feeling better by now.

Give her hugs and kisses from me!

    SNOW?
Maybe you shudda hooked up da TEAM and *sledded* over to pick her up.

As for the upset tummy - whip up a batch of well-cooked lean hamburger
and some white rice to give her in the morning. Not too much -
just a few bytes to see if she can keep it down.

Keep you eye on ALLUA them - to be sure NOdawg tries to UN-zip the Zippur!

    Oh, and THANKS, God!!

Poor Skya!! I remember when I brought Boomer home from his neuter, he pooped, piddled, and threw up almost as soon as we hit the door. I know she'll feel so much better tomorrow!! Give her a kiss from Boomer and Cass Dog....

Awww, poor Skya. Good thing big sis Keva is comforting her.

She's feeling fine now. I've been taking her out alone on a leash...she wants to play with Nebo and Keva soooo bad. I had those two and Syd out earlier and Syd wanted in, Skya was so excited that she managed to squeeze past me while I was letting Syd in and get out in the yard. Of course Nebo and Keva were just as excited so they came and started chasing her. Ugh I think she was only running around for a couple of seconds, they couldn't go *too* fast because the snow is really deep so hopefully she's okay. She's been really good so far about leaving her stitches alone, I haven't seen her try to lick them at all. However Keva wants to lick them for her (such a helpful dog). I feel bad that there's all that deep snow that they love to play in and I can't let her.

Good to hear Skya did well and is home. They'll be more snow coming for her to play in another day.
