You need some thin metal wire (preferably green) to wrap around, and this is the tricky part - keep your kitties away, I assure you, they won't be any help!Try to make it a round circle - and that's it!
Now, you just need to find some bits and pieces to put on. I got two stems of silk flowers and cut each flower off. Make sure they're long enough to stick into the spruce.

Sara, I'm so envious of you... where you live there grows these violet flowers that can be dried, you had lots of them around your area. Many years ago, I made these round thingies with various dried flowers. That was a bit more difficult, but they kept for years.
