Thank you guys, she is SO tiny, she's even smaller then my previous hermit sheldon who I thought was rather small. Funny how she is the bravest!

Maya and Inka's Mommy, I think it really depends on the crabs personality and the way they are handled personally. Maybe I'm wrong, but it's just from my experiences alone. Some crabs, such as Bruce have actually attacked me(and my sister) and wouldn't let go. I think it was because he was scared, but he clings to EVERYTHING towels, carpets, paper, EVERYTHING and won't let go. I just blow on his claw till he releases and I don't let him walk on my hands anymore. I actually have a mark from the attack and broke the skin! I've never handled him roughly so I think he's just a grouch or just very crabby If the have a fear of falling they will cling to whatever they are on as well. They eat either commercial hermit crab food which I don't like to buy since I can just give them the food of my choice AND because mine HATE it. I feed mine mostly fruits and veggies, and sometimes a very tiny peice of meat which they enjoy but I've heard it's not to good for them to have meat on a regular basis. They eat anything really. My old one at the sponge I had in the tank LOL. Usually their regular diet consists of cheerios, lettuce, popcorn(without butter), grapes, apple slices, carrots which they LOVE, and sometimes a tiny peice of roast beef, that is very rare though.
