Pick me up off the floor!!! That picture of the kitchen is unbelievable!! My dream kitchen Jackie, I hope you get that look for your gorgeous house in months or years to come. I know it would take me forever to come off cloud 9 if I owned that beautiful home. It is nothing like we have in the US. At least I've never seen anything so charming and unique here. Most everything I see is cookie cutter and cold. I know many Americans that would absolutely love to live in a house like that.

    I've been Boo'd...
    Thanks Barry!

What a sweet little place! You'll have so much fun redoing it as you can, it'll take a while, but it will eventually get there! I think the re-doing part is what I miss most about not having our own home right now. I look around the rental & think "I'd love to change that, but.."
    Have fun!

You're a very lucky girl indeed. I love the house and had my suspicions it was around Spain when you mentioned gardens off your bedroom...that is so wonderful. I like it the way it is, looks like you have plenty of room.

I envy your having a big bathroom. Mine is so small I have to go outside to change my mind. Your kitchen tile backsplash is great. And how wonderful to have your morning coffee outside your bedroom. Congratulations! Think about the reno later. Once you start renovating, you create a monster and keep going until you've redone the entire house. Right now just enjoy your wonderful home.
    Blessings,
    Mary

How beautiful! I have to echo the comment that it isn't like a house in the US. No way, no how! I would LOVE to live in a house like that.

Don't feel bad about the renos...I have lived in my house 8.5 years and am STILL 2/3 of the way through a bath and kitchen reno! I have yet to paint either one, and both have been finished for a few months.

    Anyone want to help paint?

Congratulations, Jackie, it is a lovely house. How very exciting. I have always wanted to have a small house with a backyard for the dogs to play in. I think you are going to love it.
