I know how you feel, any toy that comes into this house for the dogs has a 2 second lifespan. Have you tried the dog toys without stuffing? They seen to last longer. Its just like a stuffed animal but they don't put any stuffing inside. As far as the super-tough claims on most toys go I can't find anything my dogs can't kill in minutes and to make matters worse all the super tough stuff is ugly and only comes in a few basic shapes. Me and my dogs are much happier to just get cheap stuffies from the thrift store. They can tear them up all they want when I spend 25¢ per toy. Puppets are a great find also, since they are unstuffed. The puppet gets to interact with the dog for some extra fun and they don't get ripped up to fast.

My dogs are the same but I've found that most FAt CAT toys last a long time.
Target has them. They are a bit pricey but worth it.
Sometimes Walgreens has them on sale for a few dollars.

I love the fatcat toys. I think they run like $7-$9 at our local wal-mart. My two boxers will grab different arms and play tug and these toys will actually hold up! I have even had my husband grab and arm and one big dog on each leg and they hold up. Duke is a stuffy toy kind of boy, so I had to find ones that held up to his rough play...these are the only ones I buy any more.

It's taken Sunny months but she has finally destroyed it. Still...a great, tough toy:

Kong doy toys are very duriable and cant be distroyed. Pricey but well worth it since you dont have to replace a zillion toys.
