Cinder & Smoke (and everyone) I am leaving today to go to work and don't have time to do a detailed post right now.... besides, the holidays are coming and it is a bad time to start a new diet.... but it is a good time to start thinking about your new years resolution...
I may forget in the next 28 days so someoine reming me when I get back and I will do a thread in the "Other/General" when I get back. I will look for before and after pictures to post and post a chart I have that explaines how to caculate how tall you are to your weight and how many calories you need to eat to gain or loose... Then what I did and how I ate. It will be a big post so I will need a lot of time because I am not a fast typist. (MY saying is "I am a cook, not a typist!")
Just someone reming me when I get back December 3rd and I will get on it in time for people to try it for the New Year if they are interested.
