    Having recorded a CD just over 10 years ago, I know how wonky deadlines can be...and I was in charge of my own project! Using your pic would have been a coup for the photographer as well...I imagine he was no happier about it.

    Perhaps other projects are ahead! Maybe he could give you a nice framed copy of the cover photo.
