She is so adorable! Oh my gosh you just had her, what happened??? When did she grow up into a little girl? Before you know it she will be saying "I am going over my friends I will be home later...." and getting in her car alone!!!! I am still not use to the idea.
don't breed or buy while shelter dogs die....

I KNOW... it's crazy. She has grown up so much. I'm still in denial lol.

Don't remind me that she is going to grow up more lol

When I had my first I remember being in the hospital and my friend visiting. I was dead serious and told her I cannot handle her growing up, I don't want her to change one tiny bit. My friend laughed and said each stage is fun and you will look forward to it.

For the most part that is true I have a sense of pride when I look at my daughter and see her maturity. Her first trip on her own to a crazy busy gas station (in the rain) and she handled the situation fine and kind of laughed at me for calling her 5 times yesterday to warn her it was likely to rain and how to drive in the rain, she said mom take a deep breath we will get through this.

And as you know my oldest well she just breaks my heart but this too will pass....

Ugh... I don't even want to think about this being a possiblity.

I want Hannah to stay my little baby forever... who crawls up to me for kisses and snuggles. Who cries and needs me to comfort her.

I know she will grow up... and I look at my relationship with my mother and I look forward to that. but I want her to stay my little baby... FOREVER.

But... that's a pipe dream lol

Well my oldest puts me through a lot but she always shows me love not always the moment when I am not letting her do something, I don't want to tell you what she says to me then but underneath it all there is the love.

This sounds wierd but she is the one that I picture by my side when I am old and have problems, she is really the kind sole she just is misdirecting it at the moment, my youngest is the hard working rational one, which makes for an easy teenager.

    I understand what you mean.

I know I put my mom through some really stressful times as a teen.

But now she is my very best friend. she lives 9 hours away but I talk to her on the phone every single day and we try to visit each other 4 times a year at least... not as many as I would like but it's better than nothing.

BUT my mom says I was worse as a young child than I was as a teenager lol. I was apparently VERY embarrassing when I learned how to talk lol

There all different...I have no doubt you will do a fantastic job with Hannah and she will grow up and be a wonderful human being. We have to have some stories to tell in our old age anyway right?
