Thanks everyone, this all sounds great! Too bad I don't have enough CC to try them all. I love CC and I knew there was other stuff you could eat it on I was just drawing a blank. I think I'll go with putting them on graham crackers first. They're Nathan's favorite cracker so we always have them, he also likes CC, so we might try this together.

Can you believe my dad thinks CC is the most disgusting thing there is?! I have no idea what's wrong with him.

I LOVE sour cream! I can eat it by the spoonful!

One of my faves is taking a baking dish and putting in a layer of sour cream on the bottom, a layer of salsa, and then shredded jack and cheddar. Nuke or bake. Dig in with nacho chips. YUM!!!

Sour cream with plain chips if I don't have nacho chips.

Sour cream on chili with cheese.

Thin out the CC with sour cream.
Rotel makes a chile/tomato base that is pretty handy if you don't have salsa handy.
Add a layer of refried beans to this for filler.

That is one of my favourites! I love nacho cheese that is of an almost liquid consistency. Take a block or half block of Velveeta style cheese, cube it up, toss in a can of Rotel, and eat with chips.
