    For you to have complete peace of mind, I think you should get it removed. We thought Cassie, our dalmatian, had one of those or a fatty tumor, and it ended up being an infected cyst which really made her sick. I don't mean to compare your situation with my dog's, but just that it can get infected and become quite ugly.
