You know, I lost alot of weight a few years ago. When people ask me how I did it I just say "I got sick and tired of being sick and tired!" It really is the only way to loose it and keep it off! I think the loosing weight for an event or other types of short term motivations just aren't the solution
I started a new job a year ago in a GROCERY store. Try smelling all that prepared food all day and not gaining weight just by SMELL!The good news is that it's a gourmet grocer and carry the BEST produce and meats/fish..all 100% organic. There's also a cooking school attached to my department so I can make myself fresh meals in a deluxe kitchen. I'm back on the all natural diet (after "testing" all the lovely baked goods for a year!)
