Will say a little prayer for Honey right now that the perfect home will come along quickly. I wondered when you were going to cave in and name her.That can be a dangerous thing because when they have a name somehow they are like family and you can't re-home a family member.
Maybe a co-worker might be interested? That would be nice because you could still see her occasionally.

I understand and sympathize about vet bills. I only have two dogs and one cat now, and even when they are well it is a blow to the checkbook after a visit.

I just can not let her have another litter of babies...
but I'm so glad that you were able to rescue her because she and or her kittens may not have survived. I hope that she recovers quickly from her spay. I know that she's now in good hands and has a very loving forever home to go back to. Please pat yourself on the back for another wonderful rescue.
