I was the first one with book in hand. I held it up and the line behind me went freaking nuts. The girl next to me mimicked the gesture and crowd continued to go wild.

Such a fun night. We ended up going to Schuler Books because they had all this stuff planned, (costume contest, scavenger hunt, trivia, quizzes, a DJ, & food & drink) where as B&N were only giving away a basket of goodies prior to the book release.

I went to the one at Barnes & Noble with a bunch of friends. We went to panera bread then over to B&N at around 8, then stayed till like 12:30.

I don't read the books, but i'm going to start soon lol. My friends are all obessesed though, so I might as well read it considering they talk about it so much lol. I did get a breaking dawn book though, but it is for my best friend. She wanted me to get her a copy, since she couldn't go.

I dragged my husband to the release party here last night!! I can't wait for my kids to take their naps so that I can read!!

I still haven't received my book! I've inquired about it, but haven't gotten a response. I'm not a happy camper at the moment!! I want to just go out and buy it, but if it will get here within a few days, I don't want to spend more money.. ya know?!

I work at a library, and patrons have been trying to convince me to read the books for ages. But, because they always have them out, I haven`t managed to. Looks like the release party was a good time all around. Congrats on winning the costume contest, you look great! I love the pic of you and Kia, too.

And LOL Phred! 1) The dogs are obviously not spoiled. and 2) those are the drums that won't fit onto the existing set. They are supposed to be in the closet, but obviously haven't made their way yet.

I sometimes wish I could use it to whip up some moonshine.

That looks so fun! I'm on Mackinac Island right now and I've just found a copy of the book today at the books store in town. I put it on hold, I have to wait for my parents to take me down there to buy it.
