MAJOR rant inside about people who return my fosters!

I hope people realize that the word RANT (in my title) predisposes that irrational statements might be enclosed. I mean, of course, it isn't a dog problem any more than it is a cat problem. But it just boils my blood whenever the older pet gets the boot if a problem arrises.

I totally understand...Stoopid pet owners aren't species specific, but cats are where your heart and your energy are devoted(and bless you for that)! I bet on a horse board somewhere there is a similar rant from a horse rescuer!

Hope the vet can find a solution to the peeing and the kitties can find the home they deserve!

Jen, I'm so sorry to hear this but as others have already said at least they were returned to your rescue group. I'm sure that they'll both be able to eventually find the loving and caring forever homes that they deserve.

As some of you may remember, I had to rehome Cirrus after I had him for about 2 years. He and Storm didn't get along and it was becoming worse as time went on. Storm was also becoming sick from all of the stress. Cirrus also started lashing out at Sky. Even though Sky was the newest cat, rehoming him wouldn't have made much of a difference and I'd never rehome Storm. I was,however, able to return Cirrus back to his rescue group and now he has an even better forever loving home. I still think that I made the right choice for my household.
