Machine - The coffee maker - without it, nothing else matters

Food - garlic - I can't wait for this year's garlic festival in August so that I can stock up on the good stuff!!! (But this year I'll pass on the garlic ice cream, that's definetly something that only needs to be experienced once in life).

Tools - used to be my nifty cheese grater/container that I bought at IKEA until I was told that I needed to get my cholesterol levels down.
