I think we need to be more like the dogs, a soft bed, a good bone, and a food and water bowl and they are good to go. Enjoy your new home, Trevor. Richard, we are a tad lazy with grammar down under, the thought of using three syllables to say utility, when we can say one in UTE, seems to be more appealing. , and 'joy' & 'moving' are a bit of an oxymoron I suppose.
