I completely agree with you! I`m constantly going on and off diets, because I hate exercising. I never liked treadmills or any of that sort of thing. So I started using DDR and boy did it work! And I didn`t mind it at all. I do the option where you can set it for a certain amount of calories, and it tells me after each song I "dance" to how many calories I`ve burned. Very neat and fun way to get into shape!
