Heh, this is getting iiinteresting!Didn’t know we had so many gourmets on Pet Talk, who could discuss the more subtle aspects of culinary art in such a civilised manner. Those “Mountain Oyster” things sound really cool! So I’ve found some even more exotic examples for your delicate palets. How about these:
Battered Balls
Cut the testes (your choice) into broad, thin slices
Marinate for 1 hour in oil, lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
Dip them in light batter
Fry and serve with ketchup or chili sauce
Barnyard Family Jewels
A delicate mixture of calf, bull, sheep and turkey testicles. All can be prepared as above. The differing sizes make an interesting platter(!)
Crabby Bull Balls
2 Lbs. Testicles (Bull or buffalo)
1 ounce Lemon Juice
Boil battered balls in oil. Serve with testicle sauce and crab spice
This one looks like good clean fun in the kitchen, and is just the job for Phred (Cinder & Smokey say he likes “Nukin” his food):
Ranch Fry
Toss the balls on a hot iron stove
When they explode....they're done!![]()
… and to top it all off, Randi’s found another interesting aspect of food preparation, I think that this will be our last recipe:
Kamikaze Soup:
(Best prepared at a party -- at someone else's house)
4 - 5 cans “Clambell” Soup.
Place cans, unopened, in microwave. Set to full power for 10 minutes.
Leave.![]()
Bon Appetit!
