It's Samantha's 20th Birthday today! (lots of photos)

Sleeping in the sun.

Stretching her legs out a bit.

Getting a rosy glow from all the sun.

It was actually the glow from the red box next to her.

Curled up by the box again.

Samantha learned a new trick, how to remove her collar.

I tried a couple more times to get her to wear it but she is happier now without it since she doesn't go outside anymore anyway.

Thinking about going out but being happy just sniffing the fresh air.

Just sitting down to enjoy the warm sun.

Enjoying the fresh air again.

Can you tell that she likes it by the back door on sunny days?

Time for a quick bath before she takes another nap in the sun.

I hope they weren't too boring, being such an old cat, Samantha doesn't do too much.
I still enjoy having her around and I am so happy that I have been able to enjoy 20 wonderful years with her.

Happy 20th Birthday, sweet Samantha!

I so enjoyed seeing your pretty face in the photos. You look very elegant there on the new sunroom floor. And isn't it nice to have a good spot in the sun, and occasionally sniff the fresh air.

Fister loves doing that too, from the window.

Samantha, I wish you a happy day, with special treats and lots of cuddles - may you have many more to come! I hope the sun will shine on you today!

awwww you don't know how lucky you are to have had sweet samantha for so long. i would give anything to have my chuckie back, he would have turned 13 may 18th.
